These resources are designed to help learners better understand their strengths, prepare for the labour market, and navigate professional environments with greater confidence.In the youth workers’ section, professionals will find practical tools, lesson plans and guidance to support autistic young people on their pathway to employment. The platform also includes resources for employers, helping them adopt more inclusive recruitment practices and create supportive workplaces where neurodiverse talent can thrive.
